Tautoro School also follows the philosophy of PB4L - Positive Behaviour For Learning. We believe PB4L will provide a positive climate for all students, staff, whanau and community. This positive climate will create a supportive environment for personal, social and academic growth for students and staff. PB4L programme is essentially an instrument to enable the goals of the school to be achieved, especially the goals of student achievement.
Every week our students are awarded with positive incentives by the staff. Students are awarded with Caught Being Good Awards, Kaitiaki Awards, Teacher Weekly Certificate and the weekly Principal's Award.
